• The guest house operates on a self-catering basis

• All rates as advertised are inclusive of 14% V.A.T.

• Reservations are accepted on a “per room for 2 people” basis

• Persons over the age of 12 years are considered as  adults

 

• BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE CONFERMED IF THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE RECEIVED:

• Guest name, surname, contact telephone number

• 50 % deposit of total accommodation value

• Conformation of payment and expected time of arrival

• The full cost of accommodation is payable in advance or on arrival unless otherwise agreed

 

DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN FOR LONG TERM BOOKINGS 21 DAY’S OR LONGER

• ROOM SERVICE – DAYLAY EXEPT ON PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

• This is a no smoking Guest house.  Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited in All rooms.  Each room has a smoking area directly in front of the entrance. Please use ashtray’s provided.

• SECURITY – although the guest house management takes responsible steps to ensure the safety and security of all guests and their possessions, guests retain final responsibility for their own safety and security.  Keep rooms locked at all times when absent

 

 

 

 

• CHECK IN TIME – from 14h00 - 20h00 unless prior arrangements excluding long term staying guests

• CHECK OUT TIME – from 7h00 – 10h00, guests that check out after 12h00 without prior arrangement will be liable for an extra night’s payment

 

• THE GUEST HOUSE CAN NOT BE HELD FOR FOLLOWING EVENTS: Unanticipated interruption to electricity, water, sewage, industrial actions, fire frost or other force majeure event

• VISITORS may entertain one or two visitors by prior arrangement but must leave the guest house by no later than 21h00

 

• Guests can braai / barbeque in their own private court or next to the swimming pool

 

 

• GUESTS ARE WELCOME TO ENJOY THE SWIMMING POOL AVAILABLE ON THE PREMISES PROVIDING THAT IT WILL BE ON THEIR OWN RISK

 

• CHILDREN MUST BE UNDER SUPERVISION BECAUSE OF THE OPEN SWIMMING POOL – WE DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY

 

• Coffee, tea, sugar, rust and milk is available in each room.

 

• There is Swimming Towels available at reception as well as drinks biltong and chips

 

• No pets allowed – unless prior arrangements
